Food & Medicine Series

Learn with Snow Lake Keep cheesemaker Paul Hoepfner-Homme in this hands-on natural cheesemaking workshop. Learn from an experienced cheesemaker how to prepare and enjoy fresh and aged cheeses from raw milk. We will sample finished aged cheese, and you’ll participate in making a fresh cheese to take home.

We will also cover the basics of keeping goats for meat and dairy as we tour our goat barn and small home cheese cellar.
